Today, UMP STEM-Sat was deployed 100 m from ground. The on-board data acquisition system was developed on a Raspberry Pi platform while the communication between the cansat with its ground station make use of the arduino technology.
The STEM-Sat comes together with a dashboard that monitors its altitude, location and PM-25 readings.
The drone telemetry system utilises the Ardupilot open source platform.
