Employability During Covid Era

A webinar series by Pn Rohaida, CEO of Scomi Sdn. Bhd. on Employability Trend and Covid-19.

Adaptability is the key element to thrive in this Covid era, well, of course that comes prior to being visible is whatever things that we do especially behind those monitors and keyboards. With the new norm practices in doing almost everything our daily life today, one must not only be resilient but also be creative and when it comes to employability.

The conventional weightage on ‘know-how’ is now slowly being merged to ‘know-how’ +  IT skills, as famously resembled by the slogan – we may be separated but surely must be connected.

Pn Rohaida elaborated a number of interesting points when it comes to employability especially in the context of engineering sector. Being well connected, fluency in conveying ideas and accountability are among critical elements that should be acquired by graduates upon job hiring.
