STEM Online: Python Programming – Program Synopsis

Python is currently one of the popular languages to learn. Among reason being is its simplify syntax compared to other programming languages.

The Python Programming course serves as a platform for participants to learn:-

  1.  Python Programming concepts via game development
  2.  Data Science by visualizing data using Python libraries
  3. Dashboard design using Google Data Studio and Power BI

While developing the game, participants are exposed to basic concepts such as variable declarations and control statements in Python.

Also included in the module is Python applications in Data Science – specifically Data visualization. Python libraries related to data science will be introduced throughput this module.

Towards the end, participants will build a simple dashboard in Google Data Studio / Power BI. In this module critical elements related to data visualization and analytics will be discussed.
