University of Loughborough, United Kingdom. 2014-2016
1. Evaluated the system characteristics of operations and services across a representative range of manufacturing companies in the United Kingdom and Malaysia.
2. Designed and validated a generic model of Product Service System from manufacturing perspectives using modelling language method (IDEFØ and IDEF3).
3. Interpreted and analysed quantitative and qualitative results.
4. Wrote travel grant applications and twice awarded travel funding during PhD study.

Universiti Kuala Lumpur Institute of Product Design and Manufacturing, Malaysia. 2010-2013
1. Evaluated the production characteristics in one of the original equipment manufacturer (OEMs) in Malaysia.
2. Designed and implemented business model innovation using Business Intelligence (BI) expert system.
3. Interpreted and analysed quantitative and qualitative results.
4. Wrote grant applications (UniKL Short Term Research Grant (Co-Principal)).
5. Led a team of researchers in planning and organising a university colloquium.
