Setting Up Groups in KALAM

A very useful tip when it comes to setting up certain features in Moodle platform. At UMP, we have KALAM, a moodle based platform for Teaching and Learning.

Due to the updated Moodle version and the amazing features that have been packed in this platform, exploring the possibilities for the LMS is a challenge, give the time constraint of the Lecturers.

Thanks to Dr Rozlina who did share the link in the faculty WhatsApp group, I finally found the way to tweak this setting and make use of yet another feature in Moodle.

The setting basically allows the lecturer to group the students registered in a particular Course/Subject into their respective Section they belong. This allows the restriction on the posts and available assessments depending on the section requirements and dateline.
