IEEE Xplore is a research database for discovery and access to journal articles, conference proceedings, technical standards, and related materials on computer science, electrical engineering and electronics, and allied fields. Some universities such as Universiti Malaysia Pahang had provide a full access to this database. The Faculty of Electrical & Electronics UMP (FTKEE) is very lucky because this database is very useful for finding high quality information for their students. There are two steps in order to gain a full access to this database.

A. With UMP LAN/ WLAN connection
- Search the link: https://ieeexplore.ieee.org/Xplore/home.jsp
- Search the required document and start to download.
B. Without UMP LAN/ WLAN connection
- Search ezproxy ump : https://ezproxy.ump.edu.my/login
- Please enter your username: “Your staff/student ID”
- Please enter your password: “Your complete IC number/Passport number”
- Click on IEEE Xplore icon.
- Search the required document and start to download.
