With the advancement of educational technology, University have adopted teaching methods that deviate from the usual classroom environment. Distance learning is being used on a global scale, and many tertiary educational institutions are beginning to implement hybrid learning models.
Hybrid learning is an educational model in which some students attend classes face -to -face, while others join classes virtually from home. Educators teach students remotely and face -to -face at the same time using tools such as video conferencing hardware and software.
Through my experience as an educator, I really like Hybrid learning classes, especially during the Covid 19 pandemic and also the recent floods in Pahang have caused me to try the hybrid classes. After doing a hybrid class, a brief survey was conducted among the students and they really liked this method.
