The PSAD group, Muhammad Izzuddin bin Salmizi and Muhammad Azlan bin Amir presented their latest developments of Door Lock System based on Fingerprint Identification for DEE3714 at Universiti Malaysia Pahang (UMP) at PSAD 2019 on 2 May 2019.

Door Lock System based On fingerprint technology is done because there have been many cases of burglary in this world. This problem mostly caused due to weak of locking door system. Most cases proved that traditional locking door are easily broke. Traditional locks are strong but easily broken using some tools while automatic door lock system is expensive. User will think twice when buying automatic door lock system. That is why these students decided to design a simple door lock system using Arduino Uno, fingerprint module and keypad. Fingerprint reader is a automated device used to transfer data for recognizing and tracking fingerprint pattern connected to finger.
