On 27/4/2019, Universiti Malaysia Pahang (UMP) has organized a family day program that aimed to encourage bonding between family staff members.
As a UMP try to find new techniques to keep their employees entertained and engaged like team building and sports fests, more organizations are coming up with a ‘family day’ for their employees. It’s a good type of event that mix in family, fun and work within one structured planned occasion.

Among the advantages that can be seen after the day of the family day are:
- Helps establish the university’s character.
- Rewards staff.
- Boosts morale of the staff members.

As a conclusion, by providing an opportunity for UMP staff’s families to bond together, we are creating a closely-knit community, important in strengthening a business core.
