On 14 th August 2022, an annual FTKEE Team Building was held at Pahang National Park, Jerantut, Pahang.
Team building creates stronger bonds among group members. Individual members respect each other and their differences and share common goals and hopes.

Team building can include day-to-day interactions involving employees as they work together to accomplish their job requirements. This form of team building is natural and can be helped if the group takes time to develop a set of team norms. These norms help group members know how to interact appropriately within the team and with the rest of the organization
